How I Overcome
Pain With The Use Of Meditation And Simple Yogic Methods
(Before you continue reading, please read this.)

Here are pictures of myself demonstrating pain control -Do Not Try
This Without Proper Guidance. I am using the power of meditation and some
Yogic methods described below. (More Yogic methods that you can powerfully
use in other areas of your life are described in this amazing E-Book:
The Yogic Method For Developing Supernormal Powers.)
Video Clips
Would you like to see video clips of my pain control demonstration
above? Subscribe to my 'Pain Relief-Meditation-Yoga' Newsletter below and
you will be given the URL to view the video clips when they are uploaded to a
secret site. You will see how I am
completely relaxed and engulfed in deep meditation throughout the demonstration.
And there is no bleeding or pain even as the needles and thread are taken out.
From the feedback I receive from people who have seen the video
clips, you may find the section where the thread is sewed through my upper arm a
bit squeamish, but I assure you that I was able to overcome all pain during the
entire procedure. And, in fact, most of the time, I did not feel anything, although I was aware of everything that went on around me.

FREE: An 800-Year Old Meditation
Technique For
Pain Control
Learn a meditation technique developed almost 800 years before the
discovery of anesthesia. And it works powerfully. A renowned Australian
physiologist, speaking at a recent 'Science and the Mind' conference in
Australia, shares his experience:
"I had a burnt hand, and when I used
that technique it was like an anesthetic had been injected into my arm."
By applying the meditation technique, he was able to have a
positive effect on "such a severe kind of pain as produced by an extensive
burn".
He continues,
"I was involved in a rope burn of my left hand, away
from any conventional medical help. .... The pain disappeared, almost by
magic." Each time he felt the pain, he
"could quickly banish it" by using
the technique.
He also uses the technique
"to cope with more severe forms of
suffering such as gastritis and arthritis." He also says,
"I have always
been likely to get [a] very painful stomach if I am forced to wait very
long after my habitual meal time, especially the evening meal, but now
found that I could make myself quite comfortable by using the [meditation
technique]. Likewise with the painful joints."

How Pain Relief Is Attained Thru Meditation
(Why Meditation Decreases Pain)
Based On My Personal Experience And The Experiences Of Those Who Have Used My

The more

When
certain pain becomes unbearable, I mentally switch to a state of inner
consciousness in which I am not
aware of the pain. Yogis describe this as the 'center of consciousness'
that is beyond
pain, suffering, and misery (and is also the source of tremendous power and
extraordinary human abilities (See the two E-Books on how to unleash and master
the amazing power of your mind:
The Yogic Method For Developing Supernormal Powers and The
Ultimate Yoga Meditation Course.)).
The best way for me to explain this state is using sleep as an
example. When you are asleep, you do not feel your pain.
However, when I reach this state of consciousness, I am not asleep. I am
aware but I do not feel the pain. On a side note, people often ask me if I "leave my body" at this
stage. No, but I would not be surprised if this certain state of
consciousness were a jumping point for "out of body" experiences (OBE).

In the pain
control demonstration
above, I used mostly
techniques 1-4. I could have gone on to do my regular daily activities
with all the needles stuck in my back and it would not have affected me
mentally.
During that demonstration, there was only one moment when I had
to mentally switch to technique 5, going beyond the pain. |
.
Summary Of How I Attain Pain Relief Thru
Meditation
In meditation techniques 1-3, the feeling of pain is lessened.
Using
meditation technique 4, not only is the feeling of pain lessened, you are able
to live with the pain, but remain unaffected by it (you accept it
with an inner peace). And in meditation technique 5, you go beyond the pain.
This is the 'silence', this is the state where one experiences existence without form.
You are beyond your body, your breath, your mind. You experience a
state of superconsciousness -that state beyond the waking, dreaming, and deep
sleep states.
I use mainly meditation techniques 1 and 4. This is important because
when you carry on with your daily activities, you do not want to be distracted with
visualizations, imagery, etc (meditation techniques 2 and 3). And you
certainly do not want to withdraw yourself from the outer world (meditation
technique 5) unless it is absolutely necessary, e.g., when a person is being
tortured, or when a person is being burned alive and can not escape. I
know these are gruesome examples, but I know about cases in which monks and
Nazi prisoners use these special meditation abilities to mentally escape from the pain
inflicted upon them.
To get used to using meditation
techniques 1 and 4, always ask yourself the following three questions at any given moment,
especially whenever you feel pain:
.
(In fact, if you ask yourself these 3 questions
throughout the day, no matter what your activity,
you will find that you are
less stressed (even becoming stress-free!), have more energy, and
be more
motivated in whatever you do.)
1. Am I relaxed?
(Relax your body right now: your neck, your shoulders, .... I
guarantee that if you keep your body relaxed throughout the day,
you will have more energy because it is not wasted on tense
muscles. You will move faster -have faster reflexes, feel lighter,
just like a well-trained martial artist. Another way of looking at it
is that if your muscles are tense, your prana or chi does not flow
freely though your body because of all the tense muscles blocking
it. That's why you feel tired all the time. Need energy? Just
relax!)
2. Am I breathing slowly?
(Breath slowly and gently right now: use abdominal
breathing.)
3. Do I remember my True
Self? (Be aware of your True Self right now)
.
(To understand your True Self, see The
Ultimate Yoga Meditation Course
and The Yogic Method For Developing Supernormal Powers.
Also, I am
currently in the
process of creating a simple,
easy-to-understand series of
articles on experiencing your True Self. If you

above.)
So this is how I cope with pain, and even
overcome it, if necessary. I hope it helps those of you with chronic
pain so that you can use meditation to lead better lives.
I have been told that my
explanation on how to use meditation to cope with or overcome pain is one of the
simplest, yet clearest and most concise explanation on this topic available. I think
the reason is that it does not come from a mere 'observer' (i.e., researcher/
scientist), but from someone who actually does it using the power of meditation.

How You Can

many purposes other than for overcoming pain. Enhancing health,
calming the emotions, expanding mental and physical abilities, ... the
applications are just limitless.
I have studied various styles of meditation for over 20 years, and I
teach my own unique method. People meditate for many reasons. As a
meditation instructor, I have found that people meditate for reasons that
can generally be divided into 2 categories:

- to release stress / relieve anxiety
- improve a health problem
- improve your mental abilities
- to develop paranormal abilities (Astral
Projection, Lucid Dreaming, Out-of-Body Experience/ Near-Death Experiences,
Psychic Powers (clairaudience, clairvoyance/ second sight/ remote viewing,
ESP/ sixth sense/ psi, precognition/ prophecy, psychometry, telekinesis/
psychokinesis (e.g., moving objects with mental power), telepathy/ mind
reading), Automatic Writing/ Trance Writing, …, and other Paranormal or
Supernatural Phenomena.)
- experience deep relaxation
- have more prosperity and success
- develop confidence and motivation
- remove self-imposed limitations
- experience better relationships
- relieve anger problems
- heal emotional trauma
- relieve depression
- and many other areas of personal growth
|
- experience greater levels of inner peace
- experience a greater spiritual connection
- to experience your Inner Soul / True Self
- to become one with the 'Universe'
- to get closer to God / in search of God
|
The
applications are just endless! Once you have
learned how to combine meditation and Yogic methods of mind
development, you can apply the powerful methods in all areas
of your life. |

Whatever your reason
for learning meditation, meditation combined with Yogic mind development
